Our story
RivaStay started with a simple frustration: too many property owners on the Costa del Sol were stuck choosing between doing everything themselves or handing their property to a faceless management company that treated it like a number on a spreadsheet.
We built RivaStay to be the option in between — a local team that manages your property hands-on, communicates transparently, and treats every stay like it matters. Today we manage 20+ properties across five of the region's most sought-after towns.
We're a family business, and that shapes how we work. We've seen what it looks like when guests or owners get taken advantage of — hidden fees, listings that don't match reality, management that disappears after signing — and we built RivaStay to be the opposite of that.
